2200 sqaure feet. Three levels. Our townhome is in a building with three others. We live on the inner part of the community. We love that our front door opens up to a courtyard, not a road. Its great for kids to be able to play safely. Its also quiet.
This is from the balcony in one of the bedrooms. Our garage opens to this. There is a lot of grass right outside our front and back. We love our location in the Tuscan Villas.
We did an old world texture and paint on the green contrast wall. We have done some custom painting throughout the house. The dark brown walls are now the original taupe color.We are leaving the wall mount for the TV. There is a hole to run wires from TV to Console.

We built the storage shelves, and put up a lot of hooks to keep our stuff off the ground and out of the way.

The house has two furnaces. One controls the basement and main floor. The second controls the top floor. It really helps save on cost because you only heat/cool where you are spending your time.
The HOA (we pay it) provides you with comcast basic cable, internet, snow removal, landscaping, and all maintence outside. You also have access to the Italian Villages resort style clubhouse. Theater, gathering room, cardio room with glass windows to playroom (so you can keep an eye on your kids), pool table, year round hot tub, seasonal pool, and kids pool. See pictures HERE. View pictures 8-14, you will be amazed how luxurious the clubhouse is.
Winco grocery store is a block away. Timpanogas Hospital is a couple blocks away. We walk to church. Maverik Gas station is about 3 blocks. There are many small businesses opening just next door to us. Best of all it is a minute off I-15, but far enough that we can't hear it. This is a great location for commuters because of the easy access to the freeway, 800 North, and State St. BYU is 15 minutes away. UVU takes about 5-10 minutes. The mouth of Provo Canyon is no more than 10 minutes. Everything is so close. We are in the middle of it all. Its such a fun place to live!
